Agreement
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Northaven is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any manufacturer named on this site.
Products and brand names
Brand names and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and appear here to identify the products offered. Orders are fulfilled by the manufacturer or its distribution partner and shipped directly to you. Lead times shown on a product page are the supplier's current estimates and may change with their production and freight schedules.
Pricing and availability
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated on invoice according to destination rules. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including where a listing error, pricing error or supply problem has occurred — and to refund any amount already paid in full.
Orders and payment
An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed. Purchase requests are not orders and create no obligation to sell. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never handle card details directly. Where the value of an order is significant, fulfillment is released only after an internal review is complete.
Delivery and installation
Delivery is to the address you supply, subject to the shipping and returns policy. You are responsible for confirming access, measurements and electrical requirements. Installation by a licensed electrician is required for hardwired sauna heaters and is not included unless stated in writing.
Health and safety
Sauna use, massage chairs and golf technology are not medical treatments and no health outcome is promised. Consult a physician before beginning heat therapy or massage therapy, particularly if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition, and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Northaven is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The registered business address and governing jurisdiction will be confirmed here once the business entity and resale certificates are finalized.
