A quiet house for heat, rest and play
Northaven exists for a narrow purpose: to supply a small number of genuinely significant recovery objects — the sauna, the massage chair, the indoor golf studio — and to stand behind them for years after delivery.
Where we begin
Most of these products are sold with a photograph and a shipping estimate. That is not enough for a purchase at this level. Our process starts with the room: dimensions, electrical service, delivery path, and how you actually intend to use the piece in a week, a year, a decade.
Where we stop
Stock sits with the manufacturer, not with us, so the lead time printed on a product page is that supplier's current dispatch window. We publish a price only for pieces we can actually ship, and we never take payment for a product that cannot be delivered.

Direct from the manufacturer
We keep no warehouse and no stock. Every piece ships from the brand's own facility as soon as your order clears, which is what lets us list new products and prices the same day we find them.

One specialist per client
Your file is owned by a single specialist from the first conversation through installation, warranty registration and any service that follows.

Rooms, not catalogues
We size, specify and place every piece for your actual space — electrical load, ceiling height, stair path and acoustics included.

No inflated claims
No fabricated reviews, no invented health outcomes, no invented stock counts. If we don't yet know, we say so.
